How do I change these to be our menu items?

How do I change these to be our menu items and I would like to move the login onto another page where you would have to click to before you get the login form.  I feel this invites too many people to try to figure out how to log in if it is just right there in your face.

1) Go to Menus and set your menus.

2) The login is controlled by EXTENSIONS > MODULES > LOGIN.

Open the Login module and assign it to your selected pages (menu items).
